Fire Safety and other facilities and equipment
The electrical post and its related functions are located on the west of Logistics site adjacent to the Shahid Kalantary pier in an area of 6,100 m2, the water tank is also located in the west and is 1,200 m2 in area. The facilities are embedded inside the loops of the cloverleaf interchanges and sit in an area of 6,700 m2 in the north. A 1,100-m2 fire station has been projected in the middle of the Park.
Access roads and in-site passages
The network of access roads and peripheral arterial roads are planned according to urban planning principles as the most essential part of the project’s spatial plan and comprise 20% of the entire area. The site’s main gate intersects is linked to the half clover-leaf slip road from the north. Prior to the construction of the northern belt road, the entrance would be located at the southern section and through Shahid Kalantary Street.
Frontage and the peripheral green area
Compliant with design principles, the high pressure towers, drainage canals, and other linkages for substructure facilities are defined with appropriate positioning avoiding any overlap with the buildings. Therefore, the most suitable function for the designated distances would be green areas. They would contribute to visual beauty and soften the industrial appearance and prevent any building construction within the green area boundaries.
The frontages and the green area are estimated to cover 123,500 of the total area of the Logistics Park.
Light vehicle parking area
Light vehicle parking area (4,000 m2) is designed to meet the needs of the visitors of Arman Makoran Logistics Park. It is projected to be on the east of the Park with the vicinity of the more frequented administrative, service and trade functions.
