Financial, commercial, trade and recreational functions have been projected in relation to other urban phasing of Chabahar. In addition to providing high quality services to companies, CEOs and businessmen operational at the Logistics Park, they will serve tourists and other visitors.

Logistics support services

Logistics support services include functions such as transportation, trade management services, banks, insurance and other administrative and financial services required by the logistic processes. This function is located at the east of the site in an area of 1.1 ha and adjacent to the trade and logistics services.

Diner, small trade, recreational, sports, health

All the services providing services for the public are collected in this function. It is located at the eastern side of the site in an area of 1 ha.

Tourist and administrative (conference hall and fairground)

The northern elevated land of the north of the site (to the north of the belt road) is projected for tourism and hoteling services. This function covers an area of 4.3 ha overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Oman Sea. In addition, the conference hall and the fairground welcome the guests from the Islamic Republic of Iran and from all over the world in an area of 4 ha.

International Counter Trade Center

The shortage of administrative areas as an integral part of the site has been overcome by the allocation of the International Counter Trade Center. This Center is projected to materialize CFZ’s major objectives in this area. This Center will be constructed as a 10-storey building block in an area of 1.7 ha at the south-west of the Logistics Park.

Fair - Services

Building specific to exhibitions and related services are to be constructed in the east and adjacent to other Logistics service functions. These functions serve as exhibition areas for the products manufactured in the workshops on-site of the Logistics Park.

Shops

The shops are located to the south-east of the Logistics Park. They are designed as single and concentrated services and will be on offer under different regulations. Consequently, these shops present the retail potential of the CFZ for a variety of goods and services on offer to the Logistics Park personnel, the residents of Chabahar as well as tourists. This function is projected to constructed in 2 to 5-storey buildings in a substructure of 3.2 ha.
