One of differences between logistics centers and storage areas is added value services.
At Arman Makoran Logistics Park, large areas of land have been considered for added value services and other relevant services at the areas adjacent to the belt road and far from the urban areas. This is to create the least amount of disturbance for the civic residents. In addition, these added value workshops are obligated to be environment-friendly. Packaging, assemblage and other manufacturers should operate to affect the environment as little as possible.

Fuel station

In line with Arman Makoran Logistics Park’s social initiative, the fuel station has been designed in a manner to provide service for both of the personnel and the business actors at the Park and to address part of the citizens of Chabahar’s fuel requirements. This function is located in the most eastern section of the site, in an area of 8,200 m2 and close to the residential areas of the city.

Administrative and logistic services

This function is the hub for the offices belonging to owners and operators. It is located, in two plots of land 1.95 ha is area, on the east adjacent to the storage, workshops, trade and other service functions.

Administrative (customs, and B2C office)

Customs is a significant service at free zones. The customs administrative office is located at a strategic location between the pier and the Logistics Park in an area of 4,500 m2 and has been projected to be constructed in a 3-storey building block.

Storage and workshop functions

The types of cargo handled in Shahid Kalantary Port vary. Added value centers focusing on packaging, assemblage, processing etc. are considered to convert raw cargo to final product for shipments of rice, pulses, tea, fishes, vegetable, machinery parts and fabric. This function is located in the east of the Logistics Park in an area of 7 ha and is on offer in sectioned plots.

Maintenance and car services

Arman Makoran Logistics Park’s social initiate necessitates it to locate the maintenance and car service shed is a manner that it can address both the need of the personnel and the business activist at the Park as well as the citizens of Chabahar. This function has been projected in two different sections. In a one-hectare plot at the most eastern section of the park and a 2,700-square-meter plot adjacent to the recreational center for the drivers and is designated to offer services to heavy vehicles.

Inspection, Weight bridge and X-ray services

Since Chabahar is a located near the border, the significance of inspection procedures and the presence of the customs is among the undeniable functions of the Logistics Park. It is customary for weight bridges to be set up near the inspection gates. That is why, 2,700 m2 of the lands at the marginal area of the entrance and exits gates have been projected for this function.
